Mitch Snow appears in this investigation as a self-described whistleblower rather than as a figure at Utah Valley University. The investigation file records his claim that he was targeted after his son reported abuse, and it records a related allegation, made by a poster on X, that a man caught on camera at his house was an Army veteran trained in counterintelligence at Fort Huachuca.
