The circle is the whole point of the capture. A researcher marked the employer field because that is the fact the entire thread rests on — that the named account belongs to someone whose stated employer is a police department in the city adjacent to the campus.
An employment record on a professional networking site is verifiable and unremarkable. Working for a police department is not evidence of anything, the underlying claim that brought this name into the file is an unsupported online assertion, and no wrongdoing by anyone is alleged here.
