The timing of these events is interesting." The words "flees" and "suddenly acquire" are that poster's characterisation. The filing itself says only what a filing says: an entity was formed, on a date, under a name.
Forming a charity is entirely lawful, and no member of the Twiggs family has been charged with or accused in court of anything in connection with the Charlie Kirk case.
