What This Image Shows
A county property ownership history — the public record a county assessor or recorder maintains showing who has held title to a parcel and when. This one shows purchase details for a home held by the 13 Branches Family Trust together with the Twiggs surname.
It is one of three property records attached to the June 17, 2026 post by @1MrsWhistledown on X, and it is the first of the two homes referred to in that post.
Holding property through a family trust is an ordinary and lawful estate-planning arrangement used by a great many families, and it carries no implication of anything. The record is reproduced because deed histories are checkable by anyone against the county's own system, which is more than can be said for most material circulating in this case.
