About This Cluster
Person X is a placeholder for an unnamed face. The investigation uses this filing convention when a graphic circulating online makes a comparison but the people in it have not been reliably named, so that the image stays searchable without attaching a name to somebody who may have nothing to do with the case. Misidentification has already happened repeatedly around September 10, 2025, and the placeholder is a deliberate guard against repeating it.
The single image is a two-panel composite. The left panel is an outdoor daylight frame of a man and a woman running hand in hand past a brick wall, both visibly distressed, dressed casually — the man in a grey graphic t-shirt and athletic shorts, the woman in a black t-shirt reading "LAKE" and ripped blue jeans. The right panel is an entirely different scene: two military officers in different uniforms shaking hands indoors in front of a white projection screen. Setting those two frames side by side is itself the claim — that a person in the first is a person in the second — and the composite offers no supporting evidence for it.
Side-by-side resemblance is the weakest form of identification in this entire file, and it is the form that has produced the most retractions. Nothing here should be read as saying the people in the left panel are the people in the right panel, or that either did anything wrong. For comparable unresolved comparisons see TBD and Angel TPUSA Right, and for the people who have actually been named see People.
