The investigation file records Shawn Sipes as a U.S. Army Inspector General master sergeant and as the brother of Jennifer Sipes Bednarz — a family relationship, and the only reason his name entered this case.
Military service is a matter of public record and is not evidence of anything. He has not been charged with or accused of any offence in connection with the Charlie Kirk case, and no allegation is made against him here.
