About This Cluster

Skyler Baird gave televised eyewitness interviews after the shooting at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025, and a section of online commentary subsequently questioned how he came to be positioned as he was and how he was later admitted to Charlie Kirk's memorial. He has not been charged with anything, no court has found he did anything wrong, and he has never been shown to be anyone other than who he says he is. This cluster preserves the images that circulated during that discussion so they can be examined rather than repeated.

This cluster holds the broadcast record only: a split-screen news frame in which the lower chyron reads "SKYLER BAIRD / WITNESS" opposite an anchor captioned "JOSH BRESLOW," several outdoor selfie-style frames of the same man in a white shirt and striped tie with a wireless earbud, one stadium selfie taken among a seated crowd, and a Facebook screenshot in which an account under his name comments, in the poster's words, "Sadly I was there when Charlie was shot. I have to wonder how high up the idea came to install the pavers."

A separate set of images circulated alongside these, juxtaposing this witness with Robbie Parker, the father of a child killed at Sandy Hook, and asserting the two are the same person. That material has been removed from this site. The claim rested on visual resemblance and nothing else; Robbie Parker's identity, his daughter's death and the years of harassment he suffered from precisely this kind of accusation are documented in public record and in litigation. Republishing those images — including one reproducing a photograph of his murdered daughter — would have repeated the harm regardless of any disclaimer placed beside them, so they are not hosted here.
