What This Image Shows​

An annotated outdoor frame from the aftermath, shot on a concrete walkway in bright sun. At the left, a blonde woman in a black sleeveless top, tan sweatpants and wire-framed glasses reaches her right arm out to rest a hand on the upper arm of a man in front of her; she wears long light acrylic nails, a gold chain bracelet and several rings. The man she touches faces right in profile in a black crew-neck t-shirt with a faded grey graphic on the back, dark grey cargo shorts and white sneakers. Behind them stands a man with dark hair in black sunglasses and a black button-up shirt, looking on with concern, with red fluid resembling blood visible on his right hand.

Somebody has added yellow text labels, a red arrow and a cartoon watermark to the frame, which means it was circulated as an investigative post rather than as a plain photograph.

Those annotations are the poster's reading of the scene and this site does not adopt them. Blood on a bystander's hand in the immediate aftermath of a shooting is consistent with helping, and nothing here identifies anyone or indicates that any person visible did anything wrong.
