Dan Flood was the head of security for TPUSA and, according to archived copies of the organisation's website, was listed as its Chief Asset Management Officer with responsibility for risk mitigation and executive protection as recently as September 1, 2025 — nine days before Charlie Kirk was killed at Utah Valley University.
