About This Cluster​

Justin Davis appears in the investigation not as a suspect but as a link in an employment chain. The private firms around Charlie Kirk's protection detail share personnel history: Shaffer Security Group, founded by Greg Shaffer, and Integrity Security Solutions (Rockhouse Integrity Group LLC), founded by former SSG employee Brian Harpole, drew from the same small pool of operators. Davis shows up in that pool, and the open question researchers have asked in public — most directly in a July 2026 post by @alleytopfiles on X — is simply which firm he was working for and when. He is a living private citizen against whom no allegation of wrongdoing is made here.

Three images document the association. The first is a photograph at what appears to be an outdoor range or quarry, with a red arrow and text overlay identifying one of two men in tactical clothing as "Justin Davis." The second is a screen capture of a Facebook post from the Shaffer Security Group page dated April 8, 2017, showing four men in tactical gear and naming them in the caption as Brian Harpole, Greg Shaffer, Justin Davis and Dutch Moyer — a straightforward, dated, first-party record of who worked together at that time. The third is a side-by-side comparison of two men in dark clothing and sunglasses, offered by the poster as a likeness match; that comparison is the poster's own and this site draws no conclusion from it. Nothing in these images places Davis at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025.
