About This Cluster​

This is a holding area, not a finding. It exists because the security-team material includes footage of people who have not been identified, and the investigation's rule is that unidentified is not the same as unimportant — an unnamed figure filed away quietly is how evidence gets lost. The single item here is parked under Security Team because that is where it was filed, and it stays labelled "TBD" until someone can say with attribution who is in it.
