The vent cap is a piece of building services plant, and the honest reading of the picture is that a researcher circled a mechanical fitting and asked what it was. That is a reasonable first step; it is not a finding. Nothing in the frame indicates that the cap opens, that anything is behind it, or that it has any connection to September 10, 2025.

The onlookers on the balcony are worth noticing too. They are in the open, close to the circled fitting, watching the event — which is a constraint on any theory that treats that part of the structure as concealed.
