What This Image Shows

The arrow is the only annotation and it is unlabelled — it marks a walkway rather than a person or an object. Filed under the name Full View 8K, the panorama exists because researchers wanted a single high-resolution frame containing every elevated position at once, so that claims made about one balcony can be checked against the others in the same image rather than across separate crops.
Two cautions apply. A stitched panorama is assembled from multiple exposures taken seconds apart, so it is not a single instant and small geometric distortions are inherent to the process — it is good for surveying the site and poor for timing anything. And the walkway indicated is, in this frame, plainly occupied by ordinary spectators.
