Runner Circled on the Upper Walkway
What This Image Shows

Everything else in the frame is stationary and facing the event; the circled person is the only thing moving across open ground.
The on-screen text is player furniture rather than content: a play control, a timeline reading 19:28 of 1:09:42, an "In this video" label and a closed-caption toggle. That matters for provenance — this is a frame lifted from a long video rather than a standalone photograph, so the circled figure can in principle be tracked forward and backward through the footage instead of being judged on a single instant.
That is precisely what several researchers have done, and it is why this frame sits in this cluster. A frame-timing analysis attributed to Blake Bednarz works from a 12:23:34 timestamp and a measured 220-foot run over the following 15 seconds to argue that the person on the roof was already running seconds before Charlie Kirk was hit — an argument that, if the measurements hold, would make that runner an implausible shooter. Researchers have also complained that the county released the rooftop-view footage only from a trimmed start point, which limits independent checking. Nothing in this image identifies the circled person, and no claim is made here that they were involved in the shooting.
