Here the heading reads "IMPACT LOCATION 120" degrees and "FACIAL RADIUS," with a full compass rose stepping through 30, 60, 90, 120, 180, 210, 240, 270, 300 and 330 degrees, and marked bearings at minus 90 and minus 120. Read the two diagrams together rather than separately. The analyst is testing more than one assumed impact orientation and showing how the candidate positions shift as that assumption changes, which is honest method: the conclusion is explicitly conditional on a wound geometry that has not been publicly released. That the autopsy record remains sealed is precisely why this work is being done from photographs at all.
