Crowd and Overlooking Balconies
What This Image Shows
A low-resolution, slightly blurry video still of the event site: a dense crowd filling the lower plaza outside a multi-level modern building, with smaller groups scattered along the elevated balconies and walkways above them. Bright, direct sunlight, no annotations, no on-screen text.
The frame carries no caption and makes no argument, and that is its use. Every angle claim in this cluster depends on knowing which elevated positions actually had a clear line down onto the tent — and this image shows those positions occupied by ordinary spectators. Any theory that puts a shooter on an upper level has to account for the people standing on those same levels watching the event.
The image is filed under the south-side material because it was collected while researchers were working through sight lines from that direction. It is undated within the day and the source video is not identified on the frame, so it should be treated as scene reference rather than as timed evidence.
