South Side Staircase and Plaza
What This Image Shows

The image carries a scatter of unrelated overlaid text picked up from whatever browser or feed it was captured through — fragments of a Spanish-language news item about a firearm disguised as a smartphone, thumbnail captions mentioning a high-powered bolt-action rifle and the FBI releasing photographs, and partial tour branding. None of that text describes this photograph; it is interface debris from the capture, and it should not be read as a caption for the building.
The picture is filed under the name Side Shot because this staircase and the plaza beside it are the approach the side-trajectory theories are built around. As a clean, uncluttered record of that ground — the step heights, the railing lines, the depth of the terraces — it is more useful for testing those theories than any of the annotated crops.
