Nothing on the graphic names anyone or states a claim in words. The claim is made structurally, by placing a circled figure from the event above two unrelated street-level photographs and leaving the viewer to connect them. That is not evidence of a connection, and this site draws none: the people in the lower panels are unidentified, undated and unlocated, and no allegation is made against any of them or against the circled guard.
What the top panel does usefully record is the position of a protection officer relative to the seat under the canopy — one of the few genuinely checkable details in this cluster, and one that can be compared against the position notes filed under Security Team.
