What This Image Shows
A six-segment graphic built to look like an identification board: photographs of several different men at widely varying quality, some framed in coloured borders, with directional arrows drawn between segments to indicate claimed relationships. The only legible text on the frame is the fragment "REE."
No individual is named anywhere on the graphic, no source or date is given for any segment, and no wording explains what any arrow means. The visual language borrows from law-enforcement link charts, but nothing here comes from a law-enforcement product.
This site makes no identification from this image and asserts no connection between any person shown in it and the events of September 10, 2025. It is reproduced because it circulated, and because a hierarchy that only preserved the persuasive material would be a poor record of what the public was actually shown.
