What This Image Shows​

This is a digital image featuring a crop of a social media post asking "Who is this guy?". The image shows a close-up, slightly pixelated view of a modern building facade with two distinct levels: a lower level where a crowd of people is gathered behind a dark wall, and an upper balcony level carrying an indistinct shape beside a potted plant, which the post reads as a figure standing partly concealed.

The reading is the poster's. At this crop the shape does not resolve into a person, and the site makes no identification from it and no suggestion that anyone on that balcony was doing anything other than watching the event.
