About This Cluster
This cluster holds the financial chart that drove much of the public argument about Turning Point USA's nonprofit finances after Charlie Kirk's death. The context matters: the internal memorandum reproduced on the parent cluster page shows that Charlie Kirk himself, on September 2, 2025, directed an organisation-wide efficiency review he called a "DOGE" effort — eight days before he was killed. Commentators have connected those two facts. Connecting them is an inference, not a finding, and no court or regulator has determined that Turning Point USA or any individual named on the chart did anything unlawful.
The single image is a flow chart titled "Payments to Insider-Connected Entities Across 10 Fiscal Years," mapping reported payments from Turning Point USA, described on the chart as a 501(c)(3) with more than $85 million in annual revenue and EIN 80-0835023, to a set of vendors and entities between 2013 and 2023. Named on it are Rally Forge LLC, Lionrock Ventures, Mentzer Media, MWPolitical, Strategic Partners and Media, Clocktower LLC of Nevada at $999,821 in fiscal 2020 and marked "Dissolved 2022," Arsenal Media Group, Pursuit Ventures LLC, Resource One trading as Worldwide Printing and Distribution and linked to Moore DM Group at more than $9 million across 2022 to 2023, and Conrad Direct. It also names Tyler Bowyer as chief operating officer and board chair, Lori Frantzve as a director and the chief executive's mother, and Stacy Sheridan with more than $2.7 million billed through LLCs. Its stated sources are IRS Form 990 filings for 2013 to 2023, an Associated Press investigation from October 2023, ProPublica's Nonprofit Explorer, state corporate filings and FEC disclosures.
The chart is a compilation by a third party, and the figures on it should be checked against those primary filings rather than accepted from the graphic. Payments to vendors connected to insiders can be entirely lawful and disclosed, which is why the underlying Form 990s are the thing that settles it. See TPUSA for the written analysis, Tyler Bowyer, Lori Frantzve and Stacy Sheridan for the individual profiles, and Companies and Organizations for the corporate mapping.
