What This Image Shows​

A second slide in the same olive-green series, watermarked X @THEINTELSCIF and carrying the faint "Candace" signature mark. The top half repeats the Pastor Rob McCoy bullets — "Father was Naval Captain Roy Edgar McCoy" and the red-boxed line "Father was also the assistant chief of staff for psychological warfare in the Navy," with the words "psychological warfare" underlined in red.

The bottom half introduces Dr. Lee Trotter, beneath a studio portrait, with two bullets: "Completed a residency at Keesler Air Force Medical Center in Mississippi" and "He is also a pilot, likely in the Air Force." Note the hedge in the second bullet — the word "likely" is the graphic's own, and marks it as inference rather than verified fact.

The series is building a cumulative impression rather than a specific allegation. A medical residency at a military hospital is a normal career path for a physician, and holding a pilot's licence is not a security matter.
