A telephoto, eye-level shot of the top of a cellular base transceiver station against a clear pale sky. A galvanised steel lattice mast, weathered grey with early surface rust at the bracket welds, carries three vertically mounted rectangular panel antennas in off-white UV-resistant radomes. Thick black coaxial jumpers loop down from the base of each panel into weatherproofing boots. A thin lightning rod rises above the assembly.

This is ordinary commercial telecommunications hardware, photographed from the ground. Nothing in the frame indicates who owns or operates it, where it stands, or when the photograph was taken.

It sits in a cluster named for cell-site simulators — devices that mimic a legitimate tower to capture nearby phone traffic — because the question behind the folder is what communications infrastructure existed around the venue. A photograph of a real tower is a starting point for that question, not an answer to it, and nothing here indicates that any interception device was deployed or that anyone's communications were captured.
