About This Cluster​

This cluster asks one narrow technical question: what communications and surveillance hardware was in place around the Utah Valley University event on September 10, 2025. The cluster name refers to cell-site simulators, devices that mimic a cell tower to capture nearby phone traffic, which recur in the file alongside separate claims about clustered mobile phones on and near campus. Photographing a cell tower or a security camera proves the equipment exists; it proves nothing about who operated it or what it collected, and this site makes no claim that any specific device was deployed against anyone.

The two images are exactly that kind of source photograph. One is a telephoto shot of the top of a cellular base station — three off-white rectangular panel antennas and their electronic modules mounted on a galvanised steel lattice mast, with coaxial jumpers looping down into weatherproofing boots, against a clear pale sky. The other is a low-angle frame of a concrete balcony or overpass with a small group of people standing behind a dark metal railing holding a Progress Pride flag, with a surveillance camera mounted on a thin pole immediately beside them and set against open sky. Neither photograph carries a timestamp or a location caption in the file, which limits how far either can be pushed.
