About This Cluster​

Turning Point USA is the organisation Charlie Kirk founded and led, and it sits at the centre of this investigation for the plainest possible reason: it ran the event at which he was killed. That gives it three distinct roles in the file — as the employer and organisation of most of the people who were on the plaza, as the body responsible for how the event was staffed and secured, and as a nonprofit whose finances and governance became the subject of public argument in the months afterward. Nothing in this cluster establishes that Turning Point USA or any of its officers, employees or board members had knowledge of, or involvement in, the events of September 10, 2025, and no such finding exists.

The images divide along those lines. There is a genuine internal document — a memorandum dated September 2, 2025, eight days before the shooting, signed by Charlie Kirk as founder and chief executive, promoting Justin Streiff to chief operating officer and empowering him to run an organisation-wide "DOGE" efficiency effort. There is a screenshot of the organisation's own Board of Directors page listing Charlie Kirk, Erika Kirk, David Engelhardt, Doug DeGroote, Mike Miller and Tom Sodeika. There is a Candace Owens broadcast frame reproducing a "Mikey McCoy Call Logs" timeline that places a call at 12:02, the shot at 12:23, and a sequence of family calls in the minutes following. There are several graphics from the account @THEINTELSCIF setting out military and naval backgrounds in the families of figures around the organisation, including Pastor Rob McCoy, Frank Turek, Dr. Lee Trotter and Dr. Deirdre Smith Amaro. And there is a screenshot of two posts by commentator Josh Hammer, dated September 9 and 10, 2025, using the phrase "Public execution." Every one of these is reproduced as a document, and every inference drawn from them by the posters who circulated them remains their inference.
