The only legible text is a fragment of FREEDOM lettering on a shirt. What this frame documents is the staffing line - how many people were positioned between the crowd and the stage, where they stood, and which way they were facing.
That is directly relevant to the security questions this site tracks: the perimeter, the barricade line and the absence of certain protective measures. Standing at a barrier facing a crowd is the normal job, and no inference about any individual is drawn from it here.
