The annotator is asserting a relationship between a person in the crowd and the bottles on the table. What that relationship is meant to be is not written on the image, and the site does not supply one. The objects on the table are separately of interest simply as an inventory: knowing exactly what was on that surface before the shot is one of the few physical facts the public footage can establish.
