The filename carries the working label used in the identification thread this sub-cluster supports - a man in a blue shirt and square sunglasses standing near Kirk. That comparison is unresolved and the site asserts no identification.

The frame's other value is documentary: it records how many people in the immediate crowd were recording on phones. Separate reporting the site tracks says some witnesses found their footage missing by the time they got home.
