This is the frame the sub-cluster is named for. A person moving purposefully toward a vehicle in the minutes after a shooting is what the whole scene looked like - the courtyard emptied in every direction. The site records the movement and the vehicle without drawing any inference, names no one, and alleges no conduct. The same vehicle area recurs through Question Man; the transport question itself is handled at SUV Transporting Charlie.
