About This Cluster​

Brown Shirt Puller is the label online researchers attached to a man in a brown or plaid patterned shirt seen moving in the crowd near the table, and this sub-cluster collects both the event frames and the background photographs gathered while trying to identify him. Public commentary has connected the label to Rick Cutler, and several of the images here are personal photographs associated with that name. The identification and everything built on it remain unverified claims; the site asserts no wrongdoing by anyone shown.

The most substantive document in the set is a smartphone screenshot of a May 1, 2019 Facebook post by the page Iris Relief, showing a man at a podium in front of an Irving Police Department backdrop. The post reads that Rick Cutler just retired from twenty-nine years of service with Irving PD and would be moving to Guatemala to serve as Director of Training and Logistics for Iris Relief, training and equipping first responders in prevention, sustainability and preparedness. Alongside it sit ordinary personal photographs - a man on a mossy rock beside a creek in a Spartan Race shirt, a man on a boat holding a red drum, a man in a HEX cap holding a baby - plus an annotated X screenshot by @RealK12Lioness in which a hand-drawn white circle marks the upper torso of a man in plaid being escorted across pavement and a red circle marks a bulge at his rear pocket. That annotation is the poster's argument, not a finding, and a rear-pocket bulge in a compressed screenshot is not evidence of anything specific.
