About This Cluster
Lady Hand Off collects four frames in which a woman is the moving subject rather than a bystander. Two of them are set on the concrete plaza where people were moving away from the courtyard, and two are close crops of an exchange between a person in a navy shirt with white block lettering and a man in a blue button-down shirt standing beside a loudspeaker on a stand. The interest in these frames comes from the same question as the rest of this section: who was close enough to the table and the stage to hand something to someone else, and in which direction did objects move.
One frame shows a woman with a large shoulder bag captured mid-stride on the pavement, moving toward a man in dark clothing standing at an open vehicle door beside a pickup or SUV. Another shows what appears to be the same plaza confrontation that runs through the Question Man sub-cluster, with a man in a dark T-shirt and light shorts reaching for the arm of a partially obscured person while a third man in a graphic tee looks on. None of these people are identified on this site, and no claim is made that any of them took, concealed or passed anything. The frames are held here so that the sequence can be checked against better footage if it is ever released.
Read these alongside Question Man, which covers the same plaza and vehicle from other angles, and Hand Off for the stage-side view. The written background is in Witnesses at UVU and Table Jumpers and the Missing Mic Device.
