About This Cluster​

Question Man covers the concrete plaza outside the courtyard in the minutes after the shot, and the label comes from the thread about who asked the last question from the crowd line. The site's written treatment of that thread is on Hunter Kozak. What makes these ten frames worth grouping is that they are the best public coverage of the exit route: the paved plaza, the retaining wall, the parked utility vehicles and the silver SUV with its rear passenger door standing open.

Several frames show a man with dark hair slicked back into a small bun, wearing dark sunglasses and a black collared shirt, whose left hand is visibly coated in a red substance consistent with blood as he is moved along the walkway by men in dark clothing while bystanders film from an elevated balcony. Others show the same man beside the open SUV door gesturing near his waistline, with a red circle drawn on by the poster to direct attention there. Others again show a bald man in a blue button-down shirt falling or being pushed forward while several younger men react around him, and a wide frame of people running across the plaza with a camera operator carrying a tripod. Blood on a hand at a scene where a man had just been shot is exactly what rendering aid looks like, and the site draws no adverse conclusion from it. The red circles are the posters' annotations, and no person shown is accused of anything.
