The collage is constructed to draw a visual line between three organisations. That is the compiler's argument, made by juxtaposition rather than by evidence: placing logos next to each other does not establish any relationship between the organisations or any significance to a person's involvement with them.
The site reproduces the collage with attribution and rejects the inference. Volunteering with faith-based emergency and humanitarian organisations is ordinary and lawful, and nothing here supports any claim that Rick Cutler did anything improper, was involved in the events of September 10, 2025, or had any knowledge of them.
