The reaching-down posture is why this frame is filed here. It is the physical action at the centre of the table jumpers question - a person leaning over the table line toward the ground on the other side. It is also exactly what somebody reaching to help a person who has collapsed looks like, and the frame alone cannot distinguish the two.
