Security SUVs Under the Skywalk

This is the clearest plain view in the cluster of how the covered passage was actually laid out on the day: crowd on one side of the barrier, staged vehicles on the other, uniformed presence among them, and the skywalk overhead.
The layout is what makes the area argued over. It put a line of vehicles, with people working around them, within a short distance of the back of the stage, under a solid concrete deck that shaped how sound travelled.
