The heavy digital zoom is the tell. A researcher has magnified a small region of an ordinary crowd video, which is why the pixels are visible and the edges are soft.

Enlargement does not add information; it only makes the same information bigger. Frames like this are the weakest link in every crowd-sourced identification chain, and this one identifies nobody. See Truck Inside.
