What This Image Shows​

This is the third of three frames filed under the same name pattern, all showing what the researcher took to be the same figure at the vehicle from slightly different moments.

Read plainly, the frame establishes that a person in dark clothing and a cap was standing partly behind a vertical structure. It establishes nothing about who, and at this resolution it could not. The identification thread is set out with its caveats in Truck Inside.
