What This Image Shows​

A low-resolution vertical frame of a person partly obscured behind a vertical barrier or door frame at the left. The individual wears a dark t-shirt with some white lettering, dark trousers and a dark cap. The whole image has the blurred, pixelated look and purple-blue cast of a photograph taken of a screen.

This is the third of three frames filed under the same name pattern, all showing what the researcher took to be the same figure at the vehicle from slightly different moments.

Read plainly, the frame establishes that a person in dark clothing and a cap was standing partly behind a vertical structure. It establishes nothing about who, and at this resolution it could not. The identification thread is set out with its caveats in Truck Inside.
