This document is the source of nearly every fact repeated in coverage of the case: the 8:29 a.m. arrival in a gray Dodge Challenger, the 11:49 and 11:50 a.m. neighborhood and campus sightings, the stiff right leg, the stairwell and parking garage frames, the entry to the Losee Center, the roof at 12:15, the shot at about 12:23 p.m. on September 10, 2025, and the dark item placed on the rooftop before the descent. It is also where the arrest data researchers dispute appears. Attorney Baron Coleman has argued from the inmate booking sheet and probable cause statement that the arrest date is recorded as September 11 at 10 p.m. by a State Bureau of Investigation officer, which he says cannot be reconciled with an account of a manhunt ending the following day.
