Circling a group in a crowd is an assertion that they are worth looking at, and it is only as good as the reasoning behind it — which a screenshot does not carry. Nobody inside the circle is identified here, none of them has been named in any filing or connected to the events of September 10, 2025 by any investigator or court, and nothing on this page suggests that anyone pictured did anything improper. What the frame does usefully preserve is a checkable playback position in a public recording.
