This is the most complete angular coverage available of the stairwell segment, which the affidavit places between about 11:52 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. on September 10, 2025 as the figure moved through a pedestrian tunnel, a parking garage stairwell and on toward the Losee Center. Each panel is a chance to check whether the pack fill, cap shape, shirt graphic and shoe colors hold constant.
