About This Cluster​

The Robinson family's position is one of the most under-covered facts in the public record of this case. The dominant media account is that his parents recognized him and turned him in; researchers who attended the hearings report that the family told them directly they do not believe he did it, and investigation notes record a relative saying Robinson has told people he did not do it but knows who did and will not say because it would put the family at risk. That is hearsay passed through more than one person and should be treated as such, but it is on the record and it conflicts with the settled story.
