He pairs that with the inmate booking sheet recording an arrest at 10 p.m. on September 11 by a State Bureau of Investigation officer who would have needed to leave northern Utah hours earlier. If that reading is right, Robinson was in custody and had invoked counsel roughly ninety minutes before the Discord message attributed to his account was posted.
