The document names the investigating officer as Investigator Justin Bowen of the State Bureau of Investigation, and states the offense under investigation as aggravated murder.
This is the internet-service leg of a digital records effort that also reached device seizures, an Apple account request, and records demands to Discord for usernames including Craftopia, Gamin and The Corruption. Together those filings show investigators building an account-linkage case: connecting a person to handles, handles to devices, and devices to a network subscription. That structure is worth understanding because it is also where the case is most contestable — account attribution is inference, and it depends on records that the public has not seen.
