This is a further page of the AFFIDAVIT FOR SEARCH WARRANT series filed in Utah's Fourth District Court in and for Utah County. The layout is the standard form: court heading, a rule, the bold document title, the jurisdiction block reading STATE OF UTAH and County of Utah, and then the affiant's sworn narrative.
These affidavits are the closest thing to a primary account of what investigators believed and when. Read as a set with the other pages filed in this cluster, they cover the Apple account request, the internet service account tied to a Gmail address, and the itemized list of eight electronic items with serial numbers and the rooms they were recovered from. They are also the documents against which later public claims can be tested — including the prosecution statement that the state did not intend to offer evidence obtained through forensic extractions of the seized electronics.
