Three-Panel Stairwell Surveillance Composite
What This Image Shows
Three surveillance frames of the same descent are placed side by side: front view, high three-quarter view, and rear view. The figure wears a light blue baseball cap with a small triangular logo, a dark long-sleeve shirt with a large rectangular American flag graphic on the chest, blue jeans, a backpack and sneakers, with one shoe reading as light and the other as dark.
The composite exists so that the object question can be examined from every available angle. The charging documents describe the suspect carrying a dark backpack and moving through stairwells and a parking garage between about 11:52 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. on September 10, 2025, and describe a shoe impression consistent with Converse or Chuck Taylor styles. The recovered weapon is a Mauser Model 98, roughly 43 to 49 inches assembled and still about 28 to 32 inches as a barreled action. Researchers argue from frames like these that nothing of that length is visible on the person, and that the leg movement on the steps is inconsistent with a rifle section concealed in a trouser leg.
The filename this image was archived under reflects that argument rather than any official designation, and the argument itself is citizen research, not a court finding. Compare with Stairs and Clothing, then read Backpack and Rifle Impossibility and Stairs Guy.
