Figure on a Distant Rooftop, Circled
What This Image Shows
A daytime photograph across a concrete campus plaza, with mulched planting beds and shrubs in the foreground, a poured concrete retaining wall through the midground, and multi-tiered concrete and brick buildings beyond. A red circle has been drawn onto the image around a small dark silhouette of a figure standing on a distant rooftop.
Rooftop presence is one of the case's persistent open questions. The charging documents describe a single individual on the roof of the Losee Center at the time of the shooting, tracked from about 11:50 a.m. on September 10, 2025, and researchers have circulated frames of other figures on other roofs asking who they were and whether they were accounted for. Several such threads exist on this site, and none of them has been resolved by any agency statement.
The circle is an annotation by whoever prepared the image; at this distance the silhouette supports no identification of any kind, and nothing here asserts who the figure is or that any person on a roof did anything wrong.
