Two Frames: Sidewalk at 8:07 AM and Running
What This Image Shows
Two high-angle surveillance frames placed side by side. The left shows a young man walking along a paved sidewalk and street, enclosed in a green automated detection box, with a red timestamp reading 8:07 AM. The right shows a person running across a manicured lawn with other pedestrians visible behind.
The 8:07 a.m. stamp is the detail to hold on to. The affidavit-derived timeline that circulates most widely begins with an 8:29 a.m. arrival on the Utah Valley University campus in a gray Dodge Challenger, so a time-stamped frame twenty-two minutes earlier sits outside the published start of the official sequence. A separate video commentary has asserted a 9:24 a.m. campus arrival with a brief contact near the quad involving Turning Point USA staff; no primary law-enforcement document containing that time has been located, no staff member has been named, and the ordinary explanation is that Turning Point USA staff were tabling the quad that morning.
The green box is an automated detection drawn by video analytics software, not a human marking, and no identification is asserted here. Read Tyler Robinson on September 10, 2025, Timeline and Israeli Tech in the Investigation.
