Aftermath: Evidence Flags and Police Tape
What This Image Shows
A two-panel composite of the aftermath. The upper frame shows officers securing the outdoor plaza behind yellow caution tape; the lower is a high-angle wide shot of the crowd. A red circle in each frame marks small evidence flags placed on the grass. Campus and event signage is partly legible in the background.
Evidence flags are markers investigators place where something was found or observed, so their positions are a record of what the scene response treated as significant. The rooftop photographs in the parent Tyler Robinson cluster show a similar cluster of small orange flags around an object on the gravel roof. Ground-level flags in the courtyard area belong to a different part of the scene, and what they mark has not been set out publicly.
The circles are the compiler's annotation and the flags' meaning is not established here. Read Gun and Bullet, Trajectory and Wound Mismatch and Cover-Up.
