About This Cluster​

This cluster holds the campus-wide frames that place the tracked individual, the crowd and the aftermath in the same physical space at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025. Where the Walking cluster follows one person through a route, these images pull back to show the plaza, the elevated walkways, the lawn and the courtyard where Charlie Kirk was speaking, so a reader can see the distances involved. The rooftop firing position on the Losee Center is described in the charging documents as roughly 430 feet, about 130 meters, from the courtyard.

The composites here pair high-angle surveillance captures carrying visible timestamps of 8:07 a.m. and 11:49 a.m. with wide crowd shots taken from the pedestrian bridge, and with post-event frames showing officers securing the plaza behind yellow tape and small evidence flags circled on the grass. The 8:07 a.m. stamp is worth noting because the affidavit-derived timeline that circulates most widely begins at 8:29 a.m., and a separate video commentary has asserted a 9:24 a.m. campus arrival with a brief contact near the quad involving Turning Point USA staff. Those times do not reconcile, no primary law-enforcement document containing the 9:24 a.m. figure has been located, and no staff member has been named; the ordinary explanation, that Turning Point USA staff were working the quad that morning, has to be considered first. Read the timestamps in these frames as data points to be reconciled, not as a settled sequence.
