Four-Frame Stairwell Composite, Widescreen
What This Image Shows
Four security camera frames of the same stairwell descent, assembled into a widescreen layout with blurred, stretched copies of the frames filling the empty space at the left and right edges — a formatting convention borrowed from video, not an artifact of the original footage.
What the four angles allow is a consistency check across the sequence: whether the cap, the chest graphic, the pack fill and the shoe colors hold steady as the figure moves. The affidavit places this stretch between about 11:52 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. on September 10, 2025, running from a pedestrian tunnel through a parking garage stairwell and on to the Losee Center. It also describes the person as walking with a distinctive gait, a stiff right leg at a slow pace, which stills cannot show but which multiple frames of a stair descent can hint at.
The affidavit itself calls this figure the unidentified individual; no identification is asserted here. Compare with the diptych in this cluster and the three-panel version in the parent Tyler Robinson cluster, then read Stairs Guy Identity Gap.
